ORDERS & PAYMENT
All customers must be 18 years or older. Purchasing from us is acceptance of these terms and confirmation that you are over 18 years old. These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed on this website and any orders subject to our T&Cs. By placing an order with BERLOUS_COLLECTION you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.


- Our sizes do not correspond to clothing sizes, so be guided by our size charts.
- Measurements need to be done on a naked body.

A customer needs to inform us about cancellation within 24 hours after an order is made! 


The customer can make changes to his order within 24 hours, after the payment. The customer must write to us by mail or messenger about this, indicating the number of his order.

 

All commissions are paid by the buyer.  The berlous_collection company must receive the full value of the check.  In the event that a lower amount has been received on the account, we will not be able to send the goods until the buyer pays an additional amount that will correspond to the amount of the invoice

 

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship everywhere around the world.
Russia and Republic of Belarus – no shipping.

 

Delivery by UKRPOSHTA and NOVA POSHTA company 25 USD.  The transfer of funds to the account can take up to 5 working days Delivery by UKRPOSHTA or Nova Posit company currently takes 3-5 weeks depending on your location.

The customer will be responsible for payment of any such duties and/or taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. 

You will receive an automated email containing tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please note that it takes up to 48 hours for the first scan to appear, so please do not be alarmed if your package isn’t immediately “in transit.”


If a customer didn’t pick up a parcel in time, and it was sent back to us, a customer will have to pay additionally for the second shipping, after which we will send it again. - If a customer didn’t pick up a parcel on time, it was sent back to us and a customer refuses to arrange the repeated shipping (within 2 weeks since we received it back) - the order gets annulled with no refunds.
