BERLOUS COLLECTION currently ships exclusively within the European Union (EU).

At this time, we do not offer shipping outside the European Union

Delivery

All orders are shipped via CORREOS.

Estimated delivery time is 10-14 business days depending on the destination country and local postal services. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number and shipment details.

Please allow up to 48 hours for the first tracking update to appear in the carrier’s system. During this time, your package may not immediately show as “in transit.”

Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when placing an order.

BERLOUS COLLECTION is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details, postal service disruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, any additional shipping costs for resending the order will be the responsibility of the customer.

Payments & Transaction Fees

All payment processing fees, bank charges, currency conversion fees, and transfer commissions are the responsibility of the customer.

BERLOUS COLLECTION must receive the full invoiced amount. If a payment is received with deductions made by banks or payment providers, the order will remain on hold until the outstanding balance has been paid in full.

All prices displayed on the website are listed in EUR (€).

RETURNS & REFUNDS

A return and refund may be granted in the following cases:

• The customer received an incorrect item due to our mistake.

• The customer received a defective item (each case is reviewed individually).

• The customer received an item in a different color due to our mistake.

EXCHANGES

An exchange may be arranged in the following cases:

• The customer ordered the wrong size. In this case, all exchange-related costs, including shipping fees, taxes, and any applicable charges, are the responsibility of the customer.

• The customer received an item in the wrong size or color due to our mistake. In this case, BERLOUS COLLECTION will cover all exchange-related costs, including shipping fees and taxes.

• To request a return or exchange, the customer must contact us via email at berlous.store@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the order and provide photographic evidence of the issue.

• The item must be returned to us in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

• Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will send a replacement item in the correct size or color.
